联合使用阿斯匹林和硝苯吡啶对冠心病人血浆PGI2、TxA2的影响

摘要: 将140名冠心病人随机分为四组,按规定使用小剂量阿斯匹林及硝苯吡啶,经观察发现:TxB2/PGF比值为对照组>ASA组>NiF组>M组;用药后NiF、M组PAWP较前明显降低,Ci、Co、Fs有所增加.结果提示治疗量的NiF与小剂量ASA合用对TxA2/PGI2平衡、改善心功能效应最佳。
