    绞股蓝总皂甙对离体豚鼠心房生理特性的影响

    • 摘要: 绞股蓝总皂甙能明显延长离休豚鼠心房功能性不应期(FRP).其值由给药前的201±12ms延长至给药后的225±9ms。绞股蓝总皂甙还能浓度依赖性地降低离体豚鼠右心房的自律性.绞股蓝总皂甙对离体豚鼠心房肌的收缩性无明显影响.
