    • 摘要: 用一阶导数光谱法测定环胞苷滴眼液的含量,可消除尼泊金乙酯的干扰,操作简便,回收率为99.9%.CV=0.39%。

       

      Abstract: Cyclocytidine ocustillac was determined by derivative spectrometry without pretreatment. The method iseasy to operate and is not distracted by Ethylparaben. The average recovery was 99.93%, and CV=0.39%.
