摘要: 紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星滴眼液中氧氟沙星的含量,以0.1mol/L 醋酸为溶剂,测定波长293nm,吸收系数(E1cm1%)为876,测得平均回收率为99.9%,CV=0.36%(n=5)。滴眼液附加剂对测定无干扰。
