皮肤渗透液中石杉碱-甲含量的HPLC法测定

摘要: HPLC法测定皮肤渗透液中石杉碱-甲的含量,采用外标法定量,流动相:甲醇-水(50:50V/V);紫外检测波长313nm,流速:1ml/min;柱温30℃;线性范围:0.1μg/ml～10μg/ml(r==0.9999)平均回收率99.62%(CV%=1.52%),为皮肤渗透液中石杉碱-甲含量测定的良好方法。
