山莨菪碱对红细胞膜流动性和膜内源荧光的影响

    • 摘要: 应用荧光探针DPH测定完整红细胞膜流动性。山茛菪碱显著增加红细胞膜流动性。山茛菪碱对红细胞膜内源荧光的焠灭呈药物浓度依赖,钙和山茛菪碱对红细胞膜内源荧光的焠灭有协同作用,提示山茛菪碱对膜疏水区有作用,并且直接与膜蛋白反应导致能量转移。
