氟哌酸滴眼液对兔眼损伤型绿脓杆菌性角膜炎、角膜溃疡的预防和治疗

摘要: 本文系用环钻损伤兔眼浅层角膜,感染绿脓杆菌,造成损伤型绿脓杆菌性角膜炎动物模型;采用氟哌酸滴眼液滴眼治疗。结果表明,氟哌酸滴眼液对绿脓杆菌性角膜炎具有明显的治疗作用,同时能有效地预防角膜溃疡的形成。
