摘要: 取培养30～35天的浙贝愈伤组织为冷冻材料,通过含5%DMSO(二甲基亚砜)的培养基预培养7天种10%DMSO+5%甘油的冷冻保护剂处理,能显著提高冷冻后愈伤组织的存活率。而且分步冷冻比快速冷冻效果更好。经过冷冻后的愈伤组织成功地得到增殖和再生鳞茎
