摘要: 本文以中药材黄芩为研究对象,对5种黄芩共10个样品进行了紫外光谱分析,所得数量化特征用主成分分析的数学方法进行压缩,概括出不同样品化学成分的异同,实现了对黄芩质量的综合评价。
