萘甲异喹对异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用

Protective Effect of Naphthylmethyl Isoquinoline on Myocardial Ischemia Induced by Isoprenaline in Rats

摘要: 本文以Iso引起大鼠心肌缺血为模型,观察了NI对大鼠心肌缺血的影响。研究结果表明:NI显著降低轻度心肌缺血时心电图变化的电压;减少严重心肌缺血时心电图改变的鼠次;并减轻缺血心肌的病理变化。提示NI可能是通过阻滞钙离子的内流而对心肌起保护作用。
