聚肌胞对急性胰腺炎大鼠血浆胰蛋白酶与α2-巨球蛋白的影响及其治疗作用

摘要: 本实验观察了聚肌胞对急性胰腺炎大鼠巨噬细胞功能状态以及血浆胰蛋白酶与a2-巨球蛋白的影响。发现聚肌胞可明显增高急性胰腺炎大鼠的炭粒吞噬指数,使血浆胰蛋白酶活力降低,a2巨球蛋白水平升高;并能减轻胰腺病变,降低死亡率,延长存活时间。
