摘要: 本研究提供了迭鞘石斛试管繁殖的方法。迭鞘石斛种子在附加20%马铃薯提取物的MS 培养基上,能很好地萌发并形成小植株,当小植株转移到附加NAA 4毫克/升和20%香蕉提取物的MS 培养基上,小植株生长健壮,发育成较大的试管苗,可供栽培。Abstract: This study provides a method of rapid propagation of Dendrobium denneanum in vitro.The seeds of Dendrobium denneanum germinated easily and formed plantlets on MS mediumsupplemented with 20% aqueous extract of potato.When plantlets were transferred onto MS
