Abstract: In vitamin c production,2-ketogulonic acid is Produced by mixed culture with two diff-erent bacterial strains including Bacillus megaterium.In this paper,the preparation ofprotoplasts of Bac(?)llus megaterium and its reversion are reported.These protoplas
