摘要: 通过定量测定种子活力,以判断种子质量好坏。研究结果表明,高活力种子的光密度值为0.129—0.135,低声力种子的光密度值为0.025—0.028;无活力种子光密度值为0.004—0.007。

Abstract: The paper studies the seed vigor by quantitative determination in Gynostemma pentaphyllum. It shows optical density (O. D) of high vigor seeds is 0.135—0.129, O. D. of low vigor seeds is 0.025—0.028 and O. D. of none vigor seeds is 0.004—0.007。
