品管圈在静脉药物配置中心差错分析与防范中的应用

    Practice of Quality Control Circle for Error Analysis and Prevention in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service

    • 摘要: 目的 通过在静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)推行品管圈活动,提高员工参与管理的意识,减少差错发生,确保临床用药安全。方法 运用各种品管手法,对PIVAS出现的各类差错进行分析,并制定相应的防范措施。结果 PIVAS药物配置过程中的差错数明显减少,由改善前的每周84.75件,降低至改善后的每周35.44件。结论 通过推行品管圈活动,能够不断发现和解决PIVAS内部问题,提升药学服务质量。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To promote the employees’ awareness of management, reducing error and the safty of clinical medication, quality control circle (QCC) activity was implemented in pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS). METHODS Various QCC were applied in the PIVAS, then we analysed the errors and formulated the safeguard. RESULTS The number of errors in the PIVAS reduced significantly, from 84.75 per week to 35.44 per week. CONCLUSION The problems in PIVAS are decreased and the pharmaceutical quality of service are improved since QCC is implemented.
