杭白菊提取物中活性成分及总黄酮的含量测定

Content Determination of Active Ingredients and Flavonoids in Extract from Chrysanthemi Flos

摘要: 目的建立杭白菊提取物活性成分及总黄酮含量测定的方法。方法分别采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定杭白菊提取物中活性成分及总黄酮含量。结果杭白菊提取物中总黄酮含量78.46%，总黄酮浓度在0.021 2~0.074 2 mg·mL^-1内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 2)；平均回收率为101.8%(RSD=2.1%，n=6)。杭白菊提取物中绿原酸、芦丁、木犀草苷含量分别为0.46%，1.45%，4.54%。结论杭白菊提取物高效液相含量测定及总黄酮含量测定方法准确可靠、简便可行，能有效控制杭白菊提取物的质量。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids and active components of extract from Chrysanthemi Flos. METHODS UV and HPLC method were applied to determine total flavonoids and active components of extract from Chrysanthemi Flos. RESULTS The average content of total flavonoids is 78.46%. The linear range of total flavonoids was 0.021 2-0.074 2 mg·mL^-1(r=0.999 2). The average recovery was 101.8% (RSD=2.1%, n=6). The contents of chlorogenic acid, rutin and luteoloside in extract from Chrysanthemi Flos were 0.46%, 1.45% and 4.54%, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is accurate, reliable, simple and available for quality control of extract from Chrysanthemi Flos.
