摘要: 目的 苯磺酸氨氯地平的合成。 方法 通过吡咯衍生物和氨基巴豆酸甲酯和2-氯苯甲醛进行Hantzsch反应获得高收率的氨氯地平。 结果 反应总收率在45%以上。目标化合物结构经1H-NMR确证。 结论 此工艺方法简便，适合工业化生产。Abstract: OBJECTIVE Synthesis of amlodipine besylate. METHODS A high yield of amlodipine can be obtained by performing a Hantzsch reaction of a pyrrole derivative with methyl aminocrotonate and 2-chlorobenzaldehyde. RESULTS The total yield was 45%. The structure of amlodipine was identified by 1H-NMR. CONCLUSION The process can be easily controlled and suitable for a scale production.
