Abstract: Drug-induced pain is increasingly prevalent in clinical practice, characterized by diverse and non-specific clinical manifestations. Currently, there is no unified definition, classification, or standardized management strategy for this condition. This article systematically synthesizes and classifies common types of drug-induced pain, summarizes key diagnostic and therapeutic points, and establishes a clear clinical pathway. A comprehensive management strategy is proposed, emphasizing diagnosis-centered approaches, equal focus on prevention and treatment, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The review aims to provide a systematic reference for clinical practice, promote standardized management, and offer a foundation and new directions for future research.
