Abstract: In recent years, thrombotic disease management and precision medication have become one of the important research directions in hospital pharmacy. With the increasing refinement of the diagnosis and treatment system in medical institutions, higher requirements have been put forward for the specialization and individualization of pharmaceutical care services. In order to promote the innovative development in the field of thrombotic disease management and precision medication, further improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care services, and help the high-quality construction of hospital pharmacy, this special column on “Thrombotic Disease Management and Precision Medication” is specially launched.
