Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of medical technology and the continuous deepening of clinical practice, pediatric surgical pharmacy, as a new interdisciplinary field focusing on the safety and precision of pediatric surgical medication, has made breakthrough progress in various aspects. Pediatric pharmacists have gradually transformed into core participants in surgical medicine management within multidisciplinary teams. This article aims to systematically review the content and innovative achievements of pediatric surgical pharmacy services, and to look forward to the future development trends of pediatric surgical pharmacy, providing references for further high-quality pediatric surgical pharmacy services.
