177Lu核素标记的放射性药物放射性活度测定方法

    Determination Method of Radioactivity of Radiopharmaceuticals Labeled with Lutetium 177Lu Nuclide

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立镥177Lu核素标记的放射性药物放射性活度测定方法。
      方法 用高纯锗γ谱仪(HPGe)法、液体闪烁计数(LSC)法、放射性活度计法测定其放射性活度。
      结果 建立了3种不同原理测定放射性活度的方法,在不同仪器测定放射性活度范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0),测定时间归一化后测定结果相对一致。
      结论 对于镥177Lu核素标记的放射性药物,建立的分析方法可操作性强、结果准确性高,可用于该核素标记的放射性药物的质量分析和控制。

       

      Abstract:
      OBJECTIVE  To establish a method for the determination of radioactivity of radiopharmaceuticals labeled with lutetium 177Lu nuclide.
      METHODS  The radioactivity was determined by high-purity germanium gamma spectrometer(HPGe), liquid scintillation counting(LSC), and radioactivity meter method.
      RESULTS  Three methods based on different principles for the determination of radioactivity were established, the linear relationships were good within the range of radioactivity determination by different instruments(r=1.0), and the determination results were relatively consistent after normalization of the determination time.
      CONCLUSION  The established analytical method for lutetium 177Lu nuclide labeled radiopharmaceuticals is highly operable and accurate, and can be used for the quality analysis and control of radiopharmaceuticals labeled with this nuclide.
