Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To analyze the status of telepharmacy services policies in Jilin province and evaluate them based on the policy modeling consistency index(PMC) index model to explore strategies for improvement.
METHODS This study systematically retrieved telepharmacy service policies in Jilin province from 2019 to 2024, identifying 7 representative texts. Using the PMC index model, it performed variable identification, sample selection, index calculation and surface plotting.
RESULTS The policies for telepharmacy services in Jilin province performed well in terms of policy nature and policy evaluation, but there were still potential for optimization in terms of policy duration and incentive and restraint mechanisms, such as further strengthening the timeliness, funding, and technical support of some policies.
CONCLUSION The policies for telepharmacy services in Jilin province possess a certain degree of scientific validity and feasibility, yet exhibit potential for optimization in terms of policy timeliness and incentive-restraint mechanisms. Future policymaking should focus on long-term planning and investment in funds and technology to comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of telepharmacy services.
