医疗机构中药饮片代煎服务规范研究

    Research on the Standardization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Service in Medical Institutions

      目的  以南京市医疗机构中药饮片代煎服务现状为切入点,在整合现有研究与调查的基础上,进一步探讨医疗机构中药饮片代煎服务在具体落实层面的规范管理,以期为完善中药饮片代煎服务质量管理与控制体系提供参考依据。
      方法 选取南京市代表性医疗机构进行实地调研,结合专家访谈内容,探讨中药饮片代煎服务的现状与问题。
      结果 目前南京市医疗机构中药饮片代煎服务存在委托代煎服务规范性不足、监管体系制度性缺陷以及信息化建设程度总体滞后等问题。
      结论 建议建立健全中药饮片代煎服务管理制度,完善全链条监管流程,以信息技术赋能中药饮片代煎服务,实现医疗机构中药饮片代煎服务的智能化、数字化改造,从而提升医疗机构中药饮片代煎服务质量。

       

      Abstract:
      OBJECTIVE  Taking the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) decoction service in medical institutions in Nanjing as the starting point, on the basis of integrating existing research and investigation, this paper further explores the standardized management of TCM decoction service in medical institutions at the specific implementation level, in order to provide reference for improving the quality management and control system of TCM decoction service.
      METHODS  Selecting representative medical institutions in Nanjing for field research, combined with expert interviews, to explore the current situation and problems of TCM decoction service.
      RESULTS There were problems such as the lack of standardization of entrusted TCM decoction services, institutional defects in the regulatory system, and the overall lag in information construction in medical institutions in Nanjing.
      CONCLUSION In order to improve the quality of TCM decoction service in medical institutions, it is necessary to establish and improve the management system of TCM decoction service, improve the whole chain supervision process, empower the TCM decoction service with information technology, and realize the intelligent and digital transformation of the TCM decoction service in medical institutions.
