丁苯酞调控NF-κB通路缓解脑血管疾病炎症反应的实验研究进展

    Experimental Research Progress on DL-3-N-butylphthalide Alleviating Inflammatory Response in Cerebrovascular Disease by Regulating NF-κB Signaling Pathway

    • 摘要: 丁苯酞(DL-3-N-butylphthalide,NBP)作为一种多靶点的神经保护剂,具有抗炎、调节免疫等多种药理作用,对脑血管疾病(包括缺血性脑卒中、出血性脑卒中及血管性痴呆等)过程中的免疫炎症反应具有明显的缓解作用。核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)广泛参与免疫炎症反应。近年来研究发现,NBP通过调控NF-κB、缓解免疫炎症反应发挥治疗脑血管疾病的作用。本文就NBP调控NF-κB信号通路而缓解脑血管疾病免疫炎症反应的实验研究进行综述。

       

      Abstract: DL-3-N-butylphthalide(NBP) is a multi-target neuroprotective agent with diverse pharmacological effects, notably anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. It significantly alleviates the immune-inflammatory response in cerebrovascular diseases, including ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, and vascular dementia. Nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) is a pivotal factor widely involved in immune-inflammatory responses. Recent studies have revealed that NBP exerts its therapeutic effects on cerebrovascular diseases by modulating NF-κB and alleviating immune-inflammatory responses. This review summarizes experimental studies on how NBP regulates the NF-κB signaling pathway to mitigate immune-inflammatory responses in cerebrovascular diseases.
