Abstract:
OBJECTIVE Based on the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions, to sort out and analyze the compatibility rules of prescriptions containing Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Poria drug pairs, so as to provide reference for clinical use and scientific research.
METHODS The prescriptions containing Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Poria were searched and screened, and the related data of efficacy, products varieties, dosage and ratio of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Poria were extracted and standardized. Data mining was carried out by Excel software and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.
RESULTS The 3535 prescriptions involved a total of 578 traditional Chinese medicines, mainly sweet and warm drugs, mostly under the liver channel. A total of 15 kinds of effects were involved, mainly in the functions of tonifying, dispelling dampness and so on. Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Rubra Poria drug pairs were strongly related to tonifying and dispelling dampness. Stir-fried Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Poria drug pairs were strongly associated with tonifying. The dosage of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Poria were mainly ≤15 g, and the ratio was mainly 1∶1, which were strongly correlated with the tonifying. There were 39 kinds of Chinese herbs with a frequency ≥200 with white art and poria, and 8 kinds of herbs including Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Cinnamomi Cortex, Rehmanniae Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma were the core high frequency Chinese herbs.
CONCLUSION The medication rules and compatibility characteristics of the formula containing Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Poria drug pairs revealed in this study can provide reference for future research, development, and clinical applications.
