东莨菪内脂植物来源及其治疗糖尿病的研究进展

      目的 对东莨菪内脂的植物来源及其治疗糖尿病的实验研究进行综述,以期为东莨菪内脂抗糖尿病的研究和新药开发提供客观全面的参考。
      方法 对大量国内外相关文献进行查阅、分类和分析,并对其进行归纳整理和综述。
      结果 东莨菪内脂是一种天然化合物,可从多种药用植物中提取,作用靶点多、毒性较低。在治疗糖尿病方面,具有降低高血糖、促进胰岛素分泌、改善胰岛素抵抗、对抗氧化应激损伤、抗炎的作用,还对糖尿病并发症如糖尿病相关眼病、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病相关骨病有治疗作用。东莨菪内脂口服生物利用度较低、首过效应明显是其发展为标准化药物的主要阻碍。
      结论 东莨菪内脂在抗糖尿病方面具有较大的潜力,但仍面临缺乏高质量临床试验和标准化药物未能得到开发的问题,其作用机制仍需系统和标准化的研究,口服利用度更高的产品制剂的开发是其后续能否应用于临床的关键。东莨菪内脂抗糖尿病具有一定的科学性和良好的应用前景,但从基础研究到实际应用的转化任重而道远。

       

      Abstract:
      OBJECTIVE To review the plant sourses and the experimental research on diabetes of scopoletin with the aim of provide objective and comprehensive reference for scopolamine anti-diabetes research and new drug development.
      METHODS A large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad were consulted, classified and analyzed, and summarized and summarized.
      RESULTS Scopoletin was a natural compound, which could be extracted from a variety of medicinal plants and had many targets and low toxicity. In the treatment of diabetes, it had the effects of reducing hyperglycemia, promoting insulin secretion, improving insulin resistance, resisting oxidative stress injury and anti-inflammation. It also had therapeutic effects on diabetic complications such as diabetes-related eye diseases, diabetic nephropathy and diabetes-related bone diseases. The low oral bioavailability and obvious first-pass effect of scopoletin were the main obstacles to its development into a standardized drug.
      CONCLUSION Scopoletin has great potential in anti-diabetes, but it still faces the problems of lack of high-quality clinical trials and the failure to develop standardized drugs. Its mechanism of action still needs systematic and standardized research. The development of product formulations with higher oral availability is the key to its subsequent clinical application. Scopoletin anti-diabetes has certain scientific and good application prospects, but there is still a long way to go from basic research to practical application.
