Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To identify the chemical constituents in Goodyerae Schlechtendalianae Herba by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS.
METHODS Cortecs UPLC C18(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.6 μm ) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% formic acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.25 mL·min−1 and the column temperature was 45℃. MS monitoring was performed by electrospray ionization in positive and negative ion switching mode.
RESULTS Twenty-eight chemical constituents in Goodyerae Schlechtendalianae Herba were identified, including seven flavonoids, fifteen phenols, four 2-isopropyl-(glucosyloxy) benzyl malat and two other glycosides.
CONCLUSION UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS provides a rapid and efficient qualitative analysis method for the identification of chemical constituents in Goodyerae Schlechtendalianae Herba. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the material basis and quality standard research of Goodyerae Schlechtendalianae Herba.
