土炒当归饮片的研究进展

    Research Progress on Soil-stir-baked Angelicae Sinensis Radix

    • 摘要: 当归是传统中药,具有补血活血、调经止痛、润肠通便等功效;灶心土是中药传统炮制的主要辅料,以土炒法炮制的中药多入脾、胃经,具有较强的补脾止泻作用。当归经土炒后,缓和油润而不滑肠,起到涩肠止泻的作用。目前对土炒当归的研究多集中于炮制前后的化学成分变化,对炮制工艺参数、炮制前后药理作用变化及临床应用方面的报道较少。本文综述土炒当归的炮制历史、炮制工艺、炮制化学、炮制药理及临床应用,据此提出土炒当归的适宜炮制工艺流程和技术要点,以期为土炒当归的进一步开发利用提供依据。

       

      Abstract: Angelicae Sinensis Radix is a traditional Chinese medicine, which has the functions of tonifying blood and activating blood circulation, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, and moistening bowel and defecation. Terra Flava Usta is the main solid excipient in the concoction of traditional Chinese medicine, the Chinese medicine processed by soil frying is more into the spleen and stomach channels, which has a strong effect of strengthening the spleen and preventing diarrhea. After sauting Angelicae Sinensis Radix with soil, its ability to blood-tonifying is enhanced, this can ease oil moistening but not smoothing intestines, playing the role of astringent intestine and anti-diarrhea. At present, the studies on the processing of Angelicae Sinensis Radix in local stir-fry mainly focus on the changes of chemical ingredients before and after processing, and there are few reports on the processing parameters, pharmacological effects before and after processing and clinical application. This paper summarizes the history of the concoction, concoction methods and process parameters, changes in active ingredients, changes in pharmacological effects and clinical applications of the soil-fried Angelicae Sinensis Radix, based on this, the suitable processing process and technical parameters of soil-stir-baked Angelicae Sinensis Radix were put forward. in order to provide a reference for the further development and utilization of the soil-stir-baked Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
