Abstract:
Angelicae Sinensis Radix is a traditional Chinese medicine, which has the functions of tonifying blood and activating blood circulation, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, and moistening bowel and defecation. Terra Flava Usta is the main solid excipient in the concoction of traditional Chinese medicine, the Chinese medicine processed by soil frying is more into the spleen and stomach channels, which has a strong effect of strengthening the spleen and preventing diarrhea. After sauting Angelicae Sinensis Radix with soil, its ability to blood-tonifying is enhanced, this can ease oil moistening but not smoothing intestines, playing the role of astringent intestine and anti-diarrhea. At present, the studies on the processing of Angelicae Sinensis Radix in local stir-fry mainly focus on the changes of chemical ingredients before and after processing, and there are few reports on the processing parameters, pharmacological effects before and after processing and clinical application. This paper summarizes the history of the concoction, concoction methods and process parameters, changes in active ingredients, changes in pharmacological effects and clinical applications of the soil-fried Angelicae Sinensis Radix, based on this, the suitable processing process and technical parameters of soil-stir-baked Angelicae Sinensis Radix were put forward. in order to provide a reference for the further development and utilization of the soil-stir-baked Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
