Abstract: The reform of the payment method of diagnosis related group(DRG) has become the focus of the new medical reform. DRG payment is a double-edged sword, it is not only a medical insurance payment method, but also a tool to improve the fine management level of public hospitals. To study the impact of DRG payment policies on public specialized hospitals, analyze the data of 123 133 cases of hospitals that have promoted the reform of DRG payment methods in recent years, explore the main problems in the operation and management of public obstetrics and gynecology hospitals in the era of DRG, and provide operational countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of public specialized hospitals.
