乙酰化对胰岛素抵抗影响的研究进展

    Research Progress on the Effect of Acetylation on Insulin Resistance

    • 摘要: 胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的主要特征,尽管过去人们对胰岛素抵抗的分子机制有了一定的了解, 然而导致胰岛素抵抗机制的许多调控细节仍不清楚,特别是表观遗传学在胰岛素抵抗中的调节作用。本文从信号通路和环境稳态2个方面综述了各种形式的乙酰化在调节胰岛素信号传导和葡萄糖代谢中的重要作用,虽然对其认识还不全面,但这些理论知识有助于提高对糖尿病发病机制的认识,从而为开发更有效的治疗糖尿病的方法提供理论基础。

       

      Abstract: Insulin resistance(IR) is the main feature of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Although the molecular mechanisms of IR have been well understood in the past, many regulatory details of the mechanisms leading to IR are still unclear, especially the regulatory role of epigenetics in IR. This article reviewed the important role of various forms of acetylation in regulating insulin signal transduction and glucose metabolism from two aspects of signal pathway and environmental homeostasis. Although the understanding of acetylation was not comprehensive, these theoretical knowledge would help to improve the understanding of the pathogenesis of diabetes, thus providing a theoretical basis for the development of more effective methods to treat diabetes.
