基于UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS分析中药鸡冠花子的化学成分

    Analysis on Chemical Constituents from the Seeds of Celosia Cristata L. by UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS

      目的 应用UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS技术对中药鸡冠花子中化学成分进行定性分析。
      方法 采用UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS技术采集数据,通过高分辨质谱提供的精确分子量和碎片离子信息,结合SciFinder数据库、青葙属相关文献、对照品信息、裂解规律进行数据分析。
      结果 从鸡冠花子中共鉴定出76个化学成分,包含13个环肽、18个三萜、16个黄酮、11个酚、6个苯丙素、4个甾体和8个其他类化合物,其中27个化学成分为该种首次发现。并首次归纳荨麻科类型环肽和茄科类型环肽的质谱裂解特点。
      结论 建立的UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS对鸡冠花子中化学成分进行快速、准确、全面分析,为其质量控制和药效物质基础阐明提供科学依据。

       

      Abstract:
      OBJECTIVE To qualitatively analyse the chemical constituents from the seeds of Celosia cristata L. based on UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS.
      METHODS The mass spectrum data were collected by UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS. The data were analyzed by precise molecular weight and fragment ion information provided by high-resolution mass spectrometry, combined with SciFinder database, relevant literatures of Celosia, reference materials and mass fragmentation patterns.
      RESULTS A total of 76 compounds were identified from the seeds of Celosia cristata, including 13 cyclopeptides, 18 triterpenoids, 16 flavonoids, 11 phenols, 6 phenylpropanoids, 4 steroids, and 8 other compounds. Among them, 27 compounds were reported for the first time from this species. And this study explored the mass fragmentation pattern of Urticaceae-type cyclopeptides and Solanaceae-type cyclopeptides for the first time.
      CONCLUSION The study provides a quick, accurate, comprehensive analysis of chemical constituents in the seeds of Celosia cristata, and so as to provide a scientific basis for the clarification of quality control and pharmacodynamical material basis with the seeds of Celosia cristata.
