AHP-CRITIC结合正交设计优选壮药骆芡愈方挥发油提取工艺

    Optimization of Extraction Process of Volatile Oil from Zhuang Medicine Luoqianyu Prescription by AHP-CRITIC Combined with Orthogonal Design

    • 摘要: 目的 优选壮药骆芡愈方含挥发油药材的最佳提取工艺。方法 以挥发油得率、挥发油中主要成分柠檬烯、桉油精、α-松油醇、水杨酸甲酯、正癸酸为指标成分,分别采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对挥发油成分鉴别及测定,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取药材中挥发油,通过AHP-CRITIC法结合正交试验优选壮药骆芡愈方含挥发油药材的提取工艺。结果 壮药骆芡愈方中挥发油的最佳提取工艺为加12倍的水提取8 h,提取1次。结论 建立壮药骆芡愈方挥发油提取工艺,可为壮药骆芡愈方新剂型—壮药骆芡愈凝胶膏剂的制备提供参考。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To optimize the optimum extraction process of volatile oil from Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu prescription. METHODS Based on the yield of volatile oil, the main components in the volatile oil were limonene, eucalyptus oleoresin α-terpineol, methyl salicylate and n-decanoic acid were identified and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The extraction process of volatile oil from luoqianyubabu was optimized by AHP-CRITIC method combined with orthogonal test. RESULTS The optimum extraction process of volatile oil from Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu prescription was to add 12 times of water for 8 h and extract once. CONCLUSION To establish the extraction process of volatile oil from Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu presciption can provide reference for the preparation of Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu cataplasm.
