GABA能神经传递在焦虑症中的作用及相关动物模型的研究进展

    Research Progress on the Role of GABAergic Neurotransmission in Anxiety Disorder and Related Animal Models

    • 摘要: 焦虑症往往伴随着神经递质浓度的异常变化,GABA作为主要的抑制性神经递质,在焦虑症发病机制中发挥重要作用。目前治疗焦虑症的药物主要靶点涉及GABA受体、谷氨酸脱羧酶和GABA转运体。本文系统综述GABA能神经传递在焦虑症发病机制中的作用,并介绍基于GABA能神经传递的焦虑症动物模型的最新研究进展,为进一步深入揭示焦虑症发病机制和新药研发提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Anxiety disorders are often accompanied by abnormal changes of the neurotransmitters concentration. GABA, the main inhibitory neurotransmitter, plays an important role in the pathogenesis of anxiety disorders. Main targets of drugs for the treatment of anxiety disorders involve GABA receptors, glutamate decarboxylase and GABA transporters. In addition, the latest research progress of animal models of anxiety based on GABAergic neurotransmission is introduced, which provides a reference for further revealing the pathogenesis of anxiety and the development of new medicine.
