Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To analyze the research status and hotspots of internet pharmaceutical services at home and abroad, and to provide reference for further development of internet pharmaceutical services in the future.
METHODS The literature on internet pharmaceutical service research published from CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed and Web of Science core collection database since the establishment to 2021 was searched. BICOMB 2.02 software was used to extract and count the included Chinese and English literature separately, and the word-part matrix and co-occurrence matrix of high-frequency keywords were generated. NetDraw 2.089 software was used to perform social network analysis on the co-occurrence matrix and draw a social network diagram, and Ucinet 6.212 software was used to perform centrality analysis on the network. Finally, gCLUTO 1.0 software was used to perform clustering analysis on the word-part matrix.
RESULTS A total of 159 Chinese articles were obtained, the concept of internet pharmacy first appeared in 2000. Sixty-two English articles were obtained, and relevant studies were first published in 1999. The Chinese and English journals with the largest number of articles were
China Pharmacy and
Journal of Medical Internet Research, respectively. The 6 themes of current research on internet pharmaceutical services were identified:Research on the working model of internet pharmaceutical services in community patients with chronic diseases, research on mobile Internet platforms in pharmacy consultation services, research on internet pharmaceutical services in cloud pharmacies(online pharmacies), research on the internet pharmaceutical services model during the COVID-19 epidemic, application of internet pharmaceutical practice in the continuing education and training system for pharmacists or clinical pharmacists, research on the impact of the development of internet pharmaceutical services on pharmacists.
CONCLUSION The study analyzes the development status and research hotspots of internet pharmaceutical services. The COVID-19 epidemic has catalyzed and accelerated the development of internet pharmaceutical services, and with the new situation of epidemic prevention and control and the support of national policies, internet pharmaceutical services will also flourish along with the development of "Internet+medical health".
