Omega-3多不饱和脂肪酸在肺部疾病中的作用研究进展

    Research Progress in Omega-3 in Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids in Pulmonary Diseases

    • 摘要: Omega-3多不饱和脂肪酸(omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,ω-3 PUFA)的有效成分包括二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸,具有抗炎、抗氧化和免疫调节的作用。研究表明,饮食中补充ω-3 PUFA对急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和肺癌等多种肺部疾病具有预防和治疗作用。因此,本文就ω-3 PUFA在肺部疾病中的作用及其机制的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为ω-3 PUFA在呼吸系统的广泛应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(ω-3 PUFA) have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immunomodulatory effects, the active ingredients of which include eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. Studies have shown that supplementing the diet with ω-3 PUFA has preventive and therapeutic effects on a variety of lung diseases, including acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and lung cancer. Therefore, this article reviews the latest research progress on the effects and mechanisms of ω-3 PUFA on lung diseases, in order to provide a reference for the treatment of respiratory system diseases.
