Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of
Hemerocallis citrina Baroni from different regions by entropy TOPSIS model, in order to provide a new evaluation method for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
METHODS The entropy TOPSIS model was used to analyze the quality of 51
Hemerocallis citrina Baroni from different habitats, and a comprehensive evaluation index system of 10 indexes(water content, ash content, extract, quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, β-sitosterin, polysaccharide, total flavonoid content and DPPH clearance rate) was established.
RESULTS Gaodu village, Lianqiao town, Shaodong county, Hunan province ranked the first, Leiyang village, Hengyang county, Hunan province ranked the second, Qidong commodity from Hunan province ranked the third, TOPSIS model ranking results and antioxidant activity detection sequencing was basically consistent, indicating that the model was successful.
CONCLUSION The entropy TOPSIS model is a practical, rapid and effective comprehensive evaluation method for the multi-objective decision analysis of
Hemerocallis citrina Baroni.
