Abstract: The skin microenvironment plays a key role in regulating skin microbiome and homeostasis, and is closely related to inflammatory skin diseases and skin aging. This review summarized the composition and function of the skin microenvironment, the relationship between skin diseases and microenvironment, and the treatment strategies of microenvironment regulation for inflammatory skin diseases and skin aging to provide references for the clinical treatment and drug development of skin diseases.
