Practice and Exploration of Pharmacist Prescription Review Ability Training in Hospitals in Hubei Province

摘要: 目的介绍湖北省医院药师处方审核能力培训体系,为医院药师转型培训提供参考。方法从培训模式、培训内容、培训课程、培训班学员与师资管理、培训成效5个方面,介绍湖北省处方审核培训工作。结果与结论 该培训模式已覆盖全省数千名药师,切实增强了医院药师的处方审核能力,提升了基层医疗机构的药学服务水平,能够促进合理用药、保证用药安全。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To introduce the training system of pharmacists' prescription review ability in hospitals in Hubei province to provide reference for the transformation training of pharmacists. METHODS The prescription review training process in Hubei province was introduced in detail from five aspects:training mode, training content, training course, training trainees and teachers management, training efficiency.RESULTS & CONCLUSION This training mode covers thousands of pharmacists in Hubei province, effectively improves the prescription review ability of hospital pharmacists, the level of pharmaceutical care in primary medical institutions, and promote rational drug use and ensure drug use safety.
