cGMP及其介导的信号通路在血小板聚集中的作用的研究进展

    Research Progress of the cGMP Role and Its Mediated Signaling Pathway in Platelet Aggregation

    • 摘要: 血栓是缺血性心脑血管疾病的主要杀手,血小板聚集在血栓形成过程中发挥着重要的作用。抗血小板聚集在血栓性疾病的治疗中无可替代。cGMP对血小板功能的调节起到非常重要的作用,且主要通过eNOS-NO-cGMP-PKG通路进行调节。本综述主要阐明cGMP在血小板聚集中的作用和机制。

       

      Abstract: Thrombosis is the main killer of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Platelet aggregation plays an important role in the process of thrombosis. Anti-platelet aggregation is irreplaceable in the treatment of thrombotic diseases. cGMP plays a very important role in the regulation of platelet function; and its role is mainly through the eNOS-NO-cGMP-PKG pathway. This review mainly clarifies the effect and mechanism of cGMP on platelet aggregation.
