Abstract: OBJECTIVE To analyze the quarterly assessment data of outpatient pharmacists based on R language, to promote the refined management of the outpatient pharmacist team. METHODS Collected the quarterly assessment results of outpatient pharmacists in the first, second, and third quarters in 2019, and used the R language to perform visual analysis such as box plots, histograms, nuclear density maps, QQ maps, etc. RESULTS The quarterly assessment results of outpatient pharmacists had been steadily improved, and the overall quality and service capabilities of pharmacists improved significantly. CONCLUSION Analyzing the quarterly assessment results of outpatient pharmacists through visual mapping in R language can further strengthen the management of the outpatient pharmacist team and promote the improvement of the professional quality of pharmacists.
