Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore teaching reform in pharmacy administration oriented by "cultivation of ability and responsibility".
METHODS Case-based learning, topic exploration and discussion and other methods were used to enrich the classroom teaching form. The ideological and political construction of the course was organically integrated into the classroom teaching, so as to improve the vitality, practicability and guidance of the classroom teaching of pharmaceutical management. The teaching objectives and educational objectives were organically combined, so as to train students' ability to analyze and understand pharmaceutical events, and cultivate students' sense of responsibility for the development of pharmaceutical industry in China.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Through the practice of teaching reform, the knowledge goal, ability goal and value goal of pharmacy administration were integrated, and the combination of teaching goal and education goal was realized. This teaching reform practice has been recognized by students, and has achieved a good reform practice effect.
