Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To provide reference and basis for adverse drug reactions(ADR) monitors and researchers to grasp the research hotspots and development trends in this field, this paper explores the research hotspots, key points, weaknesses, special points and overall structure of ADR literature in domestic core journals by bibliometric analysis.
METHODS ADR literatures of domestic core journals were collected, keywords were extracted and counted, and high frequency keywords were visualized by cluster analysis and social network analysis.
RESULTS After searching and screening, 12 527 articles were selected as samples, including 50 576 keywords. The 45 high-frequency keywords were classified into 7 categories with a keyword network density of 0.59.
CONCLUSION "Rational administration of drug" and "ADR monitoring" are the hot spots of ADR literatures in core journals. "Children" has become an emerging research hotspot. "Rational administration of drug" is the key point, which has the most obvious "bridge function". "Anaphylactic shock" "children" and "liver damage" are the special points. On the whole, ADR literatures in core journals have been shaped fundamentally. However, the content of core theme is complicated and overloaded. The core theme with a certain depth and clear boundary has not been formed.
