Abstract: OBJECTIVE To compare the different extraction processes of sugar free Yuye compound granules. METHODS The puerarin and mangiferin were determined by HPLC. The total flavonoids and the total saponins were determined by UV. Taking the comprehensive score of the content determination as the inspection index, combined with the orthogonal test method to optimize the process parameters of reflux extraction, ultrasonic-assisted extraction, and microwave- assisted extraction, and compared different extraction processes. RESULTS The optimum extraction condition:Use ultrasonic extraction with 8 times water, soaking 90 min, extract 3 times at 75 W, each time for 60 min. CONCLUSION The optimum extraction procedure is stable and practical. Ultrasonic extraction is better than reflux extraction and microwave extraction.
