Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the breakthrough points of pharmaceutical care for geriatric tuberculosis patients by clinical pharmacists. METHODS To collect the pharmaceutical care records of clinical pharmacists in the department of senile tuberculosis, and the contents and methods of pharmaceutical care were expounded through specific cases, including pharmaceutical consultation, drug reengineering, participation in drug treatment program formulation, strengthening drug education, etc. RESULTS The patient's medication compliance was improved, the adverse drug reactions were determined in time, and the safety and rationality of the drug treatment program were guaranteed. CONCLUSION Pharmaceutical care reflects the value of clinical pharmacists in clinical pharmaceutical services, clinical pharmacists can use evidence-based pharmaceutical methods to find the breakthrough point of pharmaceutical care and participate in clinical drug treatment.
