Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine injection with clearing heat in pulmonary disease are widely used in clinical practice, but incomplete quality standards have been the focus of attention from medical professionals. Restricted by the inherent characteristics and historical reasons of traditional Chinese medicine injections, the content determination items of some varieties have problems such as single measurement index and low specificity of the detection method. The practical significance of content determination is not good for product quality control. This article analyze the selection of content measurement indicators, the content range specification, measurement methods and techniques, and the application of fingerprints, and presents the problems and solutions of content in order to provide a reference for the improvement of national drug standards.
