药物临床试验经费管理中的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Funds Management of Drug Clinical Trial Projects

摘要: 目的加强对药物临床试验经费的管理，提高临床试验的质量。方法归纳分析临床试验经费管理过程中存在的问题，结合文献与实践探索，提出对策建议。结果科学规范地管理药物临床试验经费，可以保障受试者、研究者及研究机构的合法权益。结论完善临床试验经费管理体系，加强信息化管理，可进一步提高临床试验管理水平，确保临床试验质量。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To strengthen the management of drug clinical trials’ funds and improve the quality of clinical trials.METHODS Summarized and analyzed the problems in the management of clinical trials’ funds, combined literature and practical exploration, proposed countermeasures and suggestions.RESULTS Managed drug clinical trials’ funds scientifically and standardly, protected the legal rights and interests of subjects, investigators and institutions.CONCLUSION Improving the management system of clinical trials’ funds and strengthening information management can enhance the management level and ensure the quality of clinical trials.
