Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of agreement prescription No. 1 TCM in The Lu'an People's Hospital in the treatment of papule scales tinea manus and pedis by grouping test. METHODS A total of 225 patients were collected, 200 patients were valid, randomly divided into two groups. The 103 patients in treatment group were treated with No. 1 TCM, 1 dose per day, decoction and fumigation washing, a course of treatment for 5 d; In the control group of 97 patients, the western medicine cloiodide hydroxyquine cream+naproxen ketone conazole cream was applied alternately for external treatment with a course of treatment for 7 d. The change of tinea manus and pedis symptoms before and after treatment and the recurrence rate after drug withdrawal were observed and recorded in different groups. RESULTS In the treatment group, the recurrence rate was 14.56%, effective rate was 92.23%, and inefficiency was 7.77% after discontinuation; in the control group, the recurrence rate was 38.14%, effective rate was 50.52%, and the inefficacy was 49.48%. The treatment group clinical efficiency was better than the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The efficacy of agreement prescription No. 1 TCM is good for the treatment of patients with papule scales tinea manus and pedis, which is worthy of clinical application.
