Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish the drug utilization review standard for patients in hospital using Xiangdan injection, and further analyze and evaluate the use of Xiangdan injection by the weighted TOPSIS method, so as to provide a reference for its rational clinical use. METHODS Establishing the drug utilization review standard of Xiangdan injection for the patients in Ma’anshan Municipal Hospital of TCM based on the drug description, combined with the Basic Principles for the Clinical Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection and relevant literature. According to this standard rules to analyze and evaluate 70 cases of Xiangdan injection archived medical records in the author’s hospital in 2019 by weighted TOPSIS method. RESULTS Among the 70 cases, 63 cases(90.0%) had relative degree of proximity≥60%, 7 cases(10.0%) <60%. CONCLUSION The rationality evaluation method for Xiangdan injection based on the weighted TOPSIS method can combine multiple evaluation indicators, it has strong operability and intuitive evaluation results. The application of Xiangdan injection in the author’s hospital is relatively standardized, but it still have some problems. Therefore, education and management should be strengthened to promote rational clinical medication.
