上肢深静脉血栓药物治疗研究进展

Research Progress of Drug Therapy of Upper Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

摘要: 目的介绍近年来上肢深静脉血栓（upper extremity deep vein thrombosis，UEDVT）的药物治疗进展，为临床药物治疗选择提供参考依据。方法通过查阅近年来国内外文献，并对上肢深静脉血栓的药物治疗进行综述。结果目前，对UEDVT的治疗经验主要参照下肢深静脉血栓的治疗证据，UEDVT的药物治疗主要包括抗凝治疗和溶栓治疗。结论由于UEDVT形成的发生率越来越高，进一步探讨UEDVT的药物治疗方法是非常重要的。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To introduce the drug therapy of upper extremity deep vein thrombosis(UEDVT) in recent years, and provide a reference for clinical drug treatment selection. METHODS To review the drug therapy of UEDVT by searching domestic and foreign studies based on pertinent literature. RESULTS Nowadays, treatment for UEDVT was derived largely from evidence for treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. The drug therapy mainly includes anticoagulation and thrombolytic therapy. CONCLUSION UEDVT is becoming increasingly common, and it is very important to further explore the drug therapy of UEDVT.
