Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish standardized training curriculum system for new pharmacists and verify its reliability and validity.
METHODS Delphi method was used to establish standardized training curriculum system for new pharmacists. Analytcal hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of indicators at all levels. Questionnaire method was used to analysis the reliability and validity.
RESULTS The expert consultation had high level of enthusiasm, authority and coordination. Finally, a standardized training curriculum system for new pharmacists was established, which included 3 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators and 59 third-level indicators, the weight values of first-level indicator-knowledge, skills, and professional literacy respectively were 0.341 6, 0.410 8, 0.247 6, and had good reliability and validity.
CONCLUSION The standardized training curriculum system for new pharmacist has higher scientificity and good reliability and validity, which provides a theoretical basis for the development and assessment of standardized training for new pharmacists, and is helpful to ensure the standardization and scientific implementation of the training.
